I just got my copy!  As an unemployed computational, quantum chemist, I have decided to expand my horizons by diving into deep learning and the principles that drive AI.  In my quest for knowledge, I was recommended this text.  It's suppose to be the best - a foundational work.  I'm hoping to combine my creative parallel computing knowledge with this new blossoming field.  It's a recipe for success!
