Are you satisfied with your body? Do you want to start working out but don't know what to do or how to start? Like Mister in the video, I suggest starting small with whatever you can do. Keep it up for long enough, and it will become a habit. For sure, when you do push-ups, just do half-range like this man. When doing full-range push-ups, your arms will give out long before your chest does. Half-range push-ups solve that problem. Throw in some crunches and work from there. Godspeed.
